Ieri pomeriggio, ho approfittato della pioggia e del clima più mite per preparare le marmellate che mi piacciono molto e che vi posterò nei prossimi giorni. Visto che avevo molte albicocche, ho deciso di preparare un’ottima torta ho acceso anche il forno senza soffrire troppo. Ho aggiunto alle albicocche il cocco e vi dico che ne è uscito fuori un dolce buonissimo!!!!
Basta munirsi degli ingredienti e di uno sbattitore elettrico e in 5 minuti la torta è pronta!!!! Sentirete un profumo pazzesco pervadere tutta la casa!!! credetemi!!!
Quindi ho deciso di portare questa semplice tortina dal gusto squisito a FIESTA FRIDAY…..spero che ai miei amici piacerà!!!!!
INGREDIENTI
1kg di albicocche mature
100g di cocco
3 uova intere
250g di farina
100g di zucchero
70g di burro
70g di latte
1 bustina di lievito per dolci (di solito uso Paneangeli da 16 grammi)
PROCEDIMENTO
Iniziate col lavare le albicocche e tagliarne a pezzetti più della metà
lasciandone un po’ per la guarnizione.
Sbattete in una terrina, le uova con lo zucchero (usate uno sbattitore, deve venire
bello spumoso), aggiungete il burro ammorbidito in microonde, il latte e il cocco.
Adesso aggiungete gradatamente la farina, una volta amalgamato bene mettete il
lievito. Poi versate le albicocche a pezzetti e mescolate con un cucchiaio.
Imburrate una tortiera e versateci il composto. Adesso tagliate le rimanenti albicocche a fettine
e decorate la vostra torta, spolverizzate con un po’ di zucchero. Infornate a 180° per
20-25 minuti. Una volta pronto il dolce, fatelo raffreddare un pochino, poi aggiungete in superficie
lo zucchero a velo e un po’ di cocco.
Se sieti golosi come me, potete accompagnare le fette di torta con delle buone palline di
gelato alla crema o del gusto che preferite!!!!BUONISSIMOOOOO
